Felt Mansion is available for rent. With a quiet library, open parlor, covered terrace, fine dining rooms, and a third floor grand ballroom, the mansion offers several options for a variety of events from intimate family gatherings to formal banquets. The surrounding gardens with vistas of the Lake Michigan dunes and forests offer a magnificent backdrop for any occasion.

Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate meeting, or private luncheon or party, the Felt Mansion is sure to help make your event a memorable one for you and your guests. All rental fees go toward the Felt Restoration Project.

Rental Agreement

If you are considering renting the mansion, we ask that you look at our Rental/License Agreement. This document outlines our responsibilities as hosts, and your responsibilities as a renter.

Deposit Requirements

• One–half of the rental fee is required as a deposit.
• Balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the event.
• Deposit can be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Weekend Rental

Rental of the entire facility and grounds is required on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Individual Room rental is only available Monday – Thursday.

Entire Mansion and Grounds Weekends Friday & Sunday, 10–hour increment at $2250 Saturday, 10–hour increment at $3250 Each additional hour at $200 per hour Weekdays Monday – Thursday, 10–hour increment at $1750, contact us for 24–hour rate. A discount of 25% is offered January 2nd – March 31st for the rental of the First Floor or Entire Mansion.

The above rates are for the use of the facility in its current condition. Basic tables and chairs for use inside the mansion and on the covered porch are included, as well as set–up and tear–down. All exterior furnishings, set–up and tear–down of exterior, are the responsibility of the licensee. All linens, tableware, food and beverages are also the responsibility of the licensee. The “Rental/License Agreement” document provides more detailed information concerning the use of the facility.
