The buildings are open for tours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays through October 15th. THEN, beginning October 22nd take advantage of our Spooky Tours or our special Hauntings and History Nights events! Purchase your tour tickets online using the calendar below. While you are visiting, enjoy a beautiful hike through Felt’s original trails through the dunes in Shore Acres Township Park and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. You will be sure to appreciate the 250,000 trees Felt planted during his years on The Estate, and keep an eye out for the original concrete foundations of Felt’s nine windmills along the south ridge, which powered the mansion and moved water for his irrigation system.

Whispers of ghostly tales have enveloped the estate for ages, and now, an extraordinary opportunity awaits - the chance to uncover the truth behind the chilling legends.
