Agnes Suite, the primary suite of the historic Felt Mansion features a queen bed, beautiful natural light, sun room, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and dressing room.

Constance Bedroom, part of a two bedroom family suite that includes two twin beds, a queen bed, and a shared bathroom.
The Mansion: History Meets Modern Comfort
The historic mansion is available for overnight stays and can sleep up to 12 guests across six elegant, well appointed bedrooms. Each room is outfitted with antique furniture and completed with a luxury gel swirl cool foam mattresses made in Grand Rapids (five queens, two twins), deluxe white linens, Turkish bath sheets and towels, as well as modern amenities like bedside charging ports, Beekman toiletries, and air conditioning. From the Agnes Suite with its en suite soaking tub to the cozy Constance room with twin beds, every detail has been curated for comfort and an experience that will take you back in time.
Guests can relax in common rooms like the parlor or library, and gather together in the dining room for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, flatware, and complimentary locally roasted coffee and bottled water. A smart TV in the parlor and wireless internet throughout the house ensure you're connected, if you want to be.
The Carriage House: Ideal for the Wedding Party
Looking to accommodate more guests onsite? The Carriage House is the perfect extension to the mansion. With a maximum occupancy of 12, this charming space features three bunkhouse-style rooms with plush pillow-top twin trundle beds, deluxe linens, Turkish bath sheets and towels, as well as a few extras like a mini fridge, microwave, Roku-enabled TV, and complimentary locally roasted coffee.
The Carriage House includes multiple bathrooms, including two showers and a half-bath with a dressing area, ensuring everyone has space to get ready for the big day. It’s casual, comfortable, and perfect for your wedding party or close family.
Both buildings operate as vacation home-style rentals, meaning they offer privacy and flexibility. While event staff are on-site through the end of the wedding, overnight stays are designed to feel like your own home-away-from-home.
